In the 2022-2023 academic year, the chess club was led by chess master B. Ariunbuuvei and S. Bayasgagch, chess teacher of the children's palace, in order to promote the sport of chess among children and youth, discover and develop their talents, and prepare future masters. About 180 elementary school students participated in the training, and 62 students participated in the reporting competition, playing 7 rounds and reporting what they learned and learned to their peers, parents, and guardians.
By playing chess, children develop multifaceted creative thinking skills, such as thinking, reflecting, and predicting reactions.
Thank you to the teachers and students who actively participated in chess training this school year.
