Shine Ue school has been implementing international bachelor's degree programme and preparing students for university enrollment for six years now. During this period, we have successfully achieved two cohorts graduations with 100% diploma and going to witness the third graduation in the 2021-2022 academic year.
Our IB12 students graduating this year have successfully completed the "Girl Friendly School" project with the help of IB10 Group 1 students as part of CAS program.
Initiated by the IB12 students on April 13, 2022, the first step in creating a girl-friendly environment for their school was a project called "Girl-Friendly Schools", and within the scope of this project, students have installed sanitary containers with full supply in each ladies room.
The remaining 13 containers from the project, along with 900+ sanitary pantiliners, were handed over to Shine Ue school representatives on May 30, 2022, at the end of the project, as those containers will be installed in the ladies rooms of the extended school building at the beginning of the next school year.
In this way, the IB12 students' project goal has been achieved, and they have been able to create an environment in Shine Ue school that is full of love and care for their female students and teachers without any worries or embarrassment.
Our students sold water, drinks and juices for two days inside and outside the school to raise money for the project, and you can see the results of their hard work in the photos and videos below.
The direct purchase of water and beverages by teachers, staff, students, parents and guardians of Shine Ue school community was a great help in supporting the IB12 students' project, as well as https://www.facebook.com/EcocoMongolia and https://www.facebook.com/khatadbrand supported and sponsored. On behalf of the Shine Ue school community and especially the IB12 students, we would like to pass our gratitude to all of you!
We also would like to pass our gratitude to the health education teacher Buyanzaya B. (https://www.facebook.com/buynaaaam), who managed precious time to provide valuable advice and information to IB12 students on the topic of the students' project, and IB10 Group 1 students, as well as an IB10 student Misheel, who voluntarily helped the IB12 students!
With the money left over from the project budget, the students prepared and presented a children's holiday gift to inspire young children who are experiencing difficulties in their lives. It is gratifying to see that our future society is adding color by such a caring and mindful young generation, and we are very proud of our students.
In addition, our IB12 students have prepared a presentation on "Menstruation and Girls' Hygiene" /in Mongolian language/ to address at least some of the most important issues that no one can talk about freely. Be sure to take the time to talk to your female siblings and younger sisters, use this presentation to provide relevant information and let them know you are ready to help whenever she needs help.
Special thanks goes to the IBDP Class of 2022 students through this publishing. We wish you all the best in the future endeavors!
