A total of 48 eleventh and twelfth-grade pupils participated in the "How to write a scholarship essay?" training and expanded their knowledge on an essay structure and how to write a scholarship essay. According to the results of the post-training survey, the students concluded that they had the following reflections: These include:

  • Need to write an essay based on self-discovery
  • Learned when and how to send a scholarship essay
  • Develop the habit of managing time and appropriate writing practice since time never stops
  • Writing an essay is not a matter of words
  • Gained a view of thinking on how to write an essay to apply for scholarships and improvement in writing skills
  • An essay should not be written in one sitting but should be consulted
  • Learned about an essay planning
  • Learned that how to write an essay increases the probability of getting a scholarship
  • An essay must be attractive rather than being great
  • Learned practices that can be applied not only to writing essays but also in real life
